From the public homepage where you will find the orange, purple, and green rectangles, go to the purple section and click on the text that says 'Report New Hires'" 002 New Hire Program Information page "This is the new hire reporting program information page. From here, click on the 'report new hires manually' link" 003 Enter Employer information "On this page you will enter your company information." 004 Enter Employer Information ENTERED "Once all of the required fields are complete and accurate, click the button at the bottom to continue." 005 Enter Employee information p1 "You will now be able to type in your new hire's information. The employer fields remain visible, but are grayed out so as not to be accidentally changed at this step." 006 Enter Employee information p2 "Scroll down the page to view the section where you will enter the newly hired employee's information" 007 Enter Employee Information ENTERED "Once all of the required fields are complete, click the add employee button." 008 Enter Employee Information Two Entered "This adds the employee to a list and allows you to enter additional new hires in the fields above. Be sure to click the add employee each time after typing in a new hire. When you have no more new hires to enter, click the button to continue." 009 Review Information "The website will list all of the employees that are ready to be submitted. if everything looks correct, Scroll down to the security question." 010 Security Question "You will be asked a random security question to prove you are human. Type in the correct answer and click submit new hires." 011 Confirmation Page "This is your confirmation page to let you know the information was submitted. This page will tell you the exact time and date the information was sent to our system. You may print this page for your own records.
